Co-founder of River Sky Partners, specializing in deal structuring, capital strategy, and guiding companies through the listing process — from readiness and diligence through pricing and execution. His work spans Technology, AI, IoT, and Clean Energy, where he advises founders on equity structuring, investor positioning, and building the capital foundation to support a successful listing and lasting access to the public markets.
Jin Woo Lee
Leads the firm's Asia practice from Seoul, advising Korean and East Asian companies on their entry into North American markets — from listing readiness and structuring through investor positioning. He brings an extensive network of investors, corporates, and advisers built across years of cross-border work, and leads bilingual engagement between founders and Western institutions from first meeting to close.
Barry Kwok
Brings more than two decades of senior finance leadership across the Asia-Pacific, spanning real estate, land development, and pre-IPO ventures — including helping companies secure over $100 million in funding. His strength is sourcing and structuring: connecting credible projects with the family offices and private capital networks of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, and shaping terms that hold on both sides of the table.
